Exquisite Events is a South African registered Close Corporation that was established in December 2004, when I, Michelle Pye, (female), decided to utilise my experience and skills gained from the Hospitality industry, in this venture.  I am currently the only employee (one person), however, when arranging functions I do empower local people (mainly Black women), from the community to assist where necessary – as casual staff for the duration of the function.  

I am passionate about what I do and endeavour to assist my clients to achieve success by treating them with respect and providing them with value for money.  It is my mission to provide excellent customer service through good communication skills, integrity and professionalism.

Corporate functions range from launching new products, hosting gala functions, award ceremony functions and conferencing to an End of Year functions.  It also includes golf days, arranging roadshows and a wide variety of company events.

This is to confirm that we retained the services of Michelle Pye of Exquisite Events as a wedding co-ordinator for our daughter Peta Leigh Warren's marriage to Stuart Roberts in the Midlands on 6th May 2006.
Our wedding presented quite a challenge in that it was not the normal seated type reception but a garden luncheon  comprising loose and informal groupings of haybales, chairs, low tables and picnic blankets with an autumn theme.  
Michelle went to the utmost lengths to source the right type of chairs, etc for us and was always very accommodating and willing to pursue any other unusual requests we might have.   She was efficient in quoting, setting up meetings and generally keeping us abreast of developments.   Although she has not been working very long in the Midlands, she made it her business to research and retain for us, people of the highest calibre regarding catering, florists, makeup and hairdressing.   She was always aware at the same time of budget restraints and endeavoured to get us the best value for money. 
 She has a calm and encouraging demeanour which was very necessary for a stressed bride and her even more stressed mother!
I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to other prospective brides-to-be.
